The brown poop is the waste which is left of the food after your body has digested it and absorbed all the nutrients from it. This is the natural way of eliminating all the waste from your body. The smell and look of the poop can help you find out what is happening inside your body.
2.Textures of poop
- Separate hard lumps, like nuts
This is a sign of lack of fiber and fluids which means that you need to drink more water and consume more fruits and vegetables.
- Sausage-shaped, smooth and soft
This is an indication that you are healthy.
- Watery, no solid pieces, all liquid
This is commonly known as diarrhea and is usually associated with some infection in the body. In this case you need to drink more fluids to prevent dehydration.
Sausage – shaped but lumpy – It is not serious, but it is a sign of fluid and fiber deficiency.
Soft blobs with clear-cut edges – This is normal if you have bowel movements multiple times a day.
Sausage-shaped but with cracks on surface – This may be normal, but you should drink more water.
