Cardiologist Suggests 5-Day Diet : A Safe Way To Lose 15 Pounds

When applying any diet, the only thing you need to know is that it is crucial that the diet gets adapted to your body. The second most important thing is to respect for the parameters provided by the diet itself. This is the only way to achieve good results.

One cardiologist presented this diet for his patients, but also for all healthy people who want to lose weight. Namely this special diet plan will help you lose up to 10kg in only seven days. However you must know that in order for this diet to be effective you need to apply any physical activity for at least 30 minutes, every day.

And now here is the diet plant. The first thing you need to know is that the breakfast is the same every day: 1 fruit (orange, pear, peach, pretty much anything other than grapes or bananas)

Day 1

Lunch: 1 orange, 1 boiled egg, a glass of yoghurt (200ml)

Dinner: 2 tomatoes or 2 dl of cooked tomatoes sauce, 2 hard-boiled eggs, 2 toast, half a cucumber or a small green salad.

Day 2

Lunch: 1 orange, 1 boiled egg, 1 cup of yogurt

Dinner: 125 g of boiled beef, 1 tomato, 1 toast, 1 cup of coffee or tea without sugar.

Day 3

Lunch: 1 boiled egg, 1 orange, a cup of yogurt, 1 cucumber or a small green salad.

Dinner: 125 g of boiled beef, 1 orange, 1 toast, 1 cup of tea without sugar.

Day 4

Lunch: 125 g of cottage cheese, 1 tomato, 1 toast

Dinner: same as the previous day

Day 5

Lunch: 200 g of cooked meat or fish, 1 tomato, 1 toast.

Dinner: a pound of cooked carrots, potatoes or peas.

Note:

You need to cook the vegetables or meat without salt or you can use a bit. Also you need to take a break from this diet the sixth and the seventh day, and continue with the diet on the eighth day.

In this diet alcohol is strictly prohibited.
