Finally The Famous Grapefruit Diet! (Plan Review)

This diet is known since the 1930 and is called Hollywood diet. Grapefruit contains one “magic” substance that in combination with proteins leads to fat burning and causing weight loss.

Breakfast:

  • 2 eggs (boiled or fried)
  • 2 thin slices of bacon
  • Coffee (without milk and sugar)
  • ½ grapefruit or a glass of grapefruit juice.

Lunch:

  • Salad with meat (your choice)
  • ½ grapefruit or a glass of grapefruit juice

Dinner:

  • Red/green vegetables or salad with an unlimited amount of fish or meat
  • ½ grapefruit or a glass of grapefruit juice

Before sleeping: Take one cup of milk or tomato juice.

Rules:

  • Do not drink more than one cup of coffee.
  • Do not eat between meals, you have the snack before sleeping.
  • Drink a plenty water, 2 liters a day.
  • Always take the correct quantity of grapefruit.
  • Do not dispose any of the products that are recommended, especially the bacon and salads.
  • The diet lasts 12 days. If you wish to continue with it, do at least a 2 day break.
  • From vegetables you should consume green and red onions, broccoli, carrots, lettuce, cabbage, spinach and tomatoes, but to avoid corn, celery, potatoes, white onions, beans and peas.
  • Meat and vegetables can be used unlimited amounts with butter and spices, boiled, baked or fried.
