In order to lose weight, according to this doctor you won’t need any sophisticated tools or devices. You only need big towel or ribbon and a flat surface.

This method is very effective and easy to be implemented when it comes to losing weight and removing excess fat from the waist.


  1. Roll the towel, and use a tape to fix in place.
  2. Sit on the floor
  3. Place the towel under your back in line with the navel. Lie down, ensure that the towel is bit wider than your back’s width.
  4. Spread your legs at shoulder width and tilt them so that the big toes touch one another.
  5. With your extended over the head, turn your palms down on the floor in a way that the two small finger will touch each other.

The procedure is simple and the position is not quite as comfortable as it seems. If you cannot for some reason reach the end of the hand, try to reach it as far as possible but ensure that your big toes are touching.

Lie in that position for about 5 minutes, 3 times a day. On the start it will be uncomfortable and painful and in case you are unable to stand the pain perform it as long as you can.

After you are done, do not get up fast. While you lay down start with turning on any side and do sittings for some minutes. After this, get up.
