Cut the cucumber in 2 halves and then peel the skin off one half. Slice the peeled cucumber half into small pieces, no bigger than 1 inch each.
Put these pieces in a blender and blend for 2 minutes on medium speed. The mixture should become a puree.
Next step, put a strainer over a bowl and apply the pulp onto the strainer. Let the juice drain into the bowl and smash it by using a spoon to extract the rest of the juice.
