During pregnancy, you might not be able to sleep in your usual position due to the baby in your womb. It many happen that you feel uncomfortable the whole night and keep trying for the best position in which you can sleep. Let’s get into detail of this issue

During pregnancy lot, many changes occur in your body. These changes in your shape and size can disrupt you peaceful and usual slumber.

The Best Sleeping Positions During Pregnancy

Sleep on the side (SOS) is considered as best sleep position during pregnancy. It is better if you sleep on your left side as it will increase the number of nutrients and blood supply to your baby through your placenta.  It is recommended to keep your knees and legs bent and keep a pillow between the legs.
