We will present you an ancient Ayurvedic dental technique of swishing a tablespoon of oil in the mouth. It is also known as “gundusha” or “kavala”. It is very important to do this technique for 15-20 minutes and on an empty stomach.
It will help you clean the body toxins, thus improving your oral and overall health. It is great for whitening the teeth and detoxification of the teeth and gums.
Also, it helps in treating arthritis, infections, headache, asthma, skin conditions, and hormonal imbalance.
How to do the technique?
Put a couple teaspoons of vegetable oil (you can use it coconut, sesame, or olive oil) in your mouth and swish it for 20 minutes. Then, wash your mouth with water.
In order to get the best results, this procedure needs to be done every morning before breakfast, or in the evening before going to bed.
While swishing, the oil will become thicker and milky, and when you spit it out it will be creamy white.
At the beginning, it may be unusual or difficult for you, but you will get used to it after a few minutes.
Do the procedure every day, and after 1 week the results will come. Your teeth will be brighter and whiter!
